Lompoc police have made an arrest in connection to a suspected gang-related shooting late last month. Investigators say the 17-year-old is known to police as a documented gang member. Authorities say the victim was shot while walking his dog on April 26th. The teen could be facing attempted murder charges with a gang enhancement. The investigation is ongoing.
