A San Luis Obispo man was arrested yesterday after he allegedly threatened to shoot minorities in his neighborhood. Police say 62-year-old Richard Orcutt had sent threatening letters to property managers and homeowners in his area, stating that he would shoot minorities moving into his neighborhood. He was taken into custody at around 6:25 yesterday morning. Investigators seized several handguns, rifles, and shotguns, along with thousands of rounds of ammunition. He’s currently being held in lieu of 500,000 dollars bail.
