A former Lompoc Lyft driver has been named in a new lawsuit. 52-year-old Jason Fenwick, who has been charged in an ongoing sexual assault case, has been named in a suit filed in San Luis Obispo yesterday. Not only is Fenwick named as a defendant, but so is Lyft. According to KSBY, the lawsuit states three women were “sexually assaulted by their Lyft driver… during their ride home. The lawsuit also claims the names of the other two drivers are not known. Fenwick is currently behind bars in lieu of 500,000 dollars bail.
