Cal Fire crews were called out to a report of a child possibly stuck in a drain at Spyglass Park in Shell Beach yesterday morning. When firefighters arrived, they used a telescoping search camera to see if they could locate the child. What they found was daylight at both ends of the storm drain, but no one stuck inside. Officials say they’ll chalk the incident up to a false alarm.
