Paso Robles Police say, one of the three people believed to be involved with last month’s bank robbery has been arrested. 48-year-old Bill Hernandez was booked Friday night on a parole violation. He’s been a person of interest since the November 15th armed robbery of Pacific Premier Bank. An alleged accomplice, 61-year-old Micheal Wallravin was arrested the day after the robbery. A third man, 61-year-old William Chandler is still on the loose. Anyone with information about this ongoing investigation is asked to contact the Paso Robles Police Department.
