The woman charged with the death of a man who tried to stop her from driving under the influence in Paso Robles in December of 2018 has changed her plea. Sarah Hale was in court yesterday to plead no-contest to several charges related to the death of Jose Montesguillen. She’s facing 15 years in state prison when she’s sentenced in April.
