A proposed, four-story mixed-use housing project could help with San Luis Obispo’s shortage of affordable housing. The latest 100% affordable housing project is planned for the Victoria and Humbert Avenue area behind SLO’s Guild Hall. Developers say it would add 32 low-income units. If approved, the project could break ground next year.
