CSU Chancellor Dr. Timothy P. White mandated yesterday all CSU employees 65 and older and/or vulnerable to COVID-19 to refrain from being on campus until further notice. That proclamation came after Governor Gavin Newsom directed those 65 or older, and those vulnerable to COVID-19, to practice at-home isolation. Cal Poly officials say they expect this to affect many employees. How many is still unclear.
