California is ramping up restrictions because of COVID-19. ABC reports that Governor Gavin Newsom is calling on anyone over 65 years old or those with underlying health conditions to now isolate themselves at home. Over 5.3 million people are impacted by that. The governor says they are working on plans to get medications and food to those isolated at home.
