Santa Barbara County Health officials say another person who tested positive for COVID-19 has died. They say the person was over the age of 70. Officials also reported 42 new cases of COVID-19. 28 deaths are attributed to the novel coronavirus. Meanwhile, health officials in San Luis Obispo County are reporting 16 new cases of COVID-19, for a total of 489 confirmed cases. One person’s death has been connected to the coronavirus.
