The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office says a third patrol deputy has tested positive for COVID-19. According to a press release, the deputy tested positive two days after becoming symptomatic. The deputy is currently at home recovering. Meanwhile San Luis Obispo County Health officials announced 8 new COVID-19 Cases and an additional death. SLO County now has 2,579 confirmed cases of the coronavirus.
