An Atascadero contractor found more than they bargained for yesterday. The contractor dug up what appeared to be human remains. Atascadero Police were called to the Acacia Road home. An anthropologist was later called to the home. They confirmed the remains were likely Native American. According to KSBY, investigators do not believe the remains are suspicious in nature.
