Another Central Coast school district has joined a growing number of districts to allow in-person learning. Lompoc Unified School District officials say they are ready to reopen elementary schools as soon as March 8th. The decision came when Santa Barbara County COVID-19 cases dropped below 16.9 cases per 100,000 residents. An exact model for in-person learning will be announced later today.
