Three people facing charges in connection with last June’s June Black Lives Matter protest could have their charges dropped. The San Luis Obispo County D.A.’s Office says the trio received Court Misdemeanor Diversions in place of charges for unlawful conduct. Prosecutors say, once the program has been successfully completed, the cases for all three will be dismissed and their arrests marked as never having happened.
