San Luis Obispo County Public Health officials have reported 51 new COVID-19 cases, breaking the 20,000 patient mark by 17. They also reported 3 more deaths. Meanwhile, 47 more confirmed cases of the coronavirus were reported in Santa Barbara County with one additional death.
