A San Luis Obispo man has been convicted for human trafficking a 14-year-old girl. Police first arrested 37-year-old Lucion Lee Edward Banks during a traffic stop in October 2018. Further investigation led to the trafficking charge. He faces 15 years to life in prison when he’s sentenced on April 9th.
