Santa Barbara County is finally moving into the less restrictive red tier of California’s Blueprint for a Safer Economy. Under the red tier, more businesses can begin to reopen with some modifications. Restaurants and movie theaters will be able to operate at 25 percent capacity. Gyms and fitness centers will be at 10 percent, and retail shops can increase their number of customers to 50 percent.
