Central Coast restaurants and movie theaters were busier than they have been in months this weekend. It was the first time San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties have been in the less restrictive Red Tier of the state’s reopening blueprint. Both counties have seen declining COVID-19 numbers, moving them closer to the orange tier.
