Paso Robles Police investigators have identified one of the two suspects believed to have attacked a motel clerk last week. They say 20-year-old Isiah Owens and another man attacked the clerk at the Economy Inn in the early morning hours of Monday, March 15th. The incident was captured on surveillance video.
