A Santa Maria teen landed in the hospital following a Tuesday night shooting. Police received reports of shots fired on South Lincoln Street. When they arrived, officers found evidence of a shooting, but no victim. Police dispatchers received a call about a shooting victim at a nearby home. The teen was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
