Shortly after being arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the Kristin Smart case, Paul Flores was under investigation again. The L.A.P.D. has announced he was under investigation for two separate allegations of sexual assault. Investigators say, while the cases are not directly connected to the Kristin Smart case, they do have similarities. The investigations are ongoing and L.A. prosecutors are reviewing the cases.
