The Kristin Smart murder case will be moving forward. Paul Flores and his father Ruben Flores attended a virtual hearing yesterday. The main topic was whether or not to allow cameras and audio recordings of upcoming hearings. Siting potential jury pool tainting, Judge van Rooyen decided to stay with the current order of not allowing the re-broadcasting of audio from any of the hearings. Another pre-preliminary hearing is set for tomorrow. An evidence and discovery hearing is scheduled for July 6th.
