Yesterday’s pre-preliminary hearing for Paul and Ruben Flores was canceled. The court gave no reason for the cancelation of the hearing in the Kristin Smart murder case. Paul Flores is facing a murder charge in the 1996 disappearance of Kristin Smart. his father Ruben has been charged with being an accessory to the crime. Both have pleaded not guilty. Their preliminary hearing is scheduled to start on July 6th.
