A months-long, multi-agency investigation has landed a 19-year-old San Luis Obispo man behind bars. According to a press release, the investigation began in February when authorities discovered someone advertising narcotics on Snapchat. On June 15th, they served a search warrant at the home of Josue Lopez. Investigators found counterfeit Oxycodone, Xanax, and Extacy, valued at about 14,000 dollars.
