An evidentiary hearing in the Kristin Smart murder trial has been delayed. According to KSBY, Paul and Ruben Flores’ defense attorneys made a last-minute motion to move the hear out a week due to discovery they’re still waiting for. Another pre-preliminary hearing was scheduled for Tuesday when a preliminary hearing date will be determined.
