The victim of a fatal hit and run incident over the weekend had been identified. Paso Robles police officers answered a call of a car crash involving a gray car and a pedestrian near Meadowlark and Deer Springs Drive Saturday morning at around 1:40. When officers arrived, they found 22-year-old Steven Leon unresponsive in the street. An unidentified Paso Robles man has been arrested on suspicion of felony hit and run. The investigation is ongoing.
