The Santa Barbara County Health Department announced a milestone involving COVID vaccinations. Officials say nearly 70 percent of eligible residents have at least one dose of the vaccination. That does not include kids 12 and under. San Luis Obispo County has reported that most teens and pre-teens in the county have yet to be vaccinated, while most adults 50 plus are fully vaccinated.
