San Luis Obispo City residents unhappy with parking regulations in Downtown San Luis Obispo are letting their voices be heard with a Change dot Org petition. On July 1st, parking rates downtown went up 25 cents an hour. Parking garages are now $1.50 an hour, and on-street parking ranges from $1.25 to $2.00 depending on the zone. The petition was created last week. So far, more than 800 people have signed the petition.
