The two men accused of the disappearance and death of Kristin Smart are scheduled to be in court in person for the first time since being charged. Paul and Ruben Flores were arrested in April and charged with Kristin’s death. Tomorrow, they’ll be in court for a motion hearing. The actual preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 20th and could last a month.
