A gubernatorial recall election, county redistricting, and no County Clerk-Recorder have the San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors scrambling to find a replacement for Tommy Gong, who vacated his office last month. The supervisors voted 3-2 yesterday to continue their search for an interim replacement. That search is expected to last until October. The recall election will be held on September 14th.
