The Paso Robles Event Center Has been buzzing with activity. Wednesday marks the return of the California Mid State Fair. The fair will run Wednesday through August 1st with carnival rides, vendors, and live performances. Officials say there will be no masks required, and No Social Distancing Required. Just your own common sense and good judgement.
