Two San Luis Obispo non-profits that have provided services to survivors of sexual and intimate partner abuse have joined forces. RISE and Stand Strong, have become Lumina Alliance. According to their press release, Lumina will provide “shelter, therapy, advocacy, legal services, and other support” to survivors. They have offices in Paso Robles , San Luis Obispo, and Grover Beach, and a 24-hour hotline at 805-545-8888.
