Paso Robles Woman Headed To Prison For Stabbing Teen

A Paso Robles woman is headed to prison after stabbing a 16-year-old in the neck last year. The stabbing happened in January last year in the Woodland Plaza II parking lot on Niblick Road. That’s where 25-year-old Michaela Twyman stabbed the boy. He would survive the attack. Last month, Twyman pleaded no contest to charges of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon. Twyman’s attorney says she was experiencing “severe mental health issues” at the time of the incident. She was sentenced yesterday to nine years in state prison.
