Paso Robles City fire Department responded to a small vegetation fire yesterday afternoon. The fire broke out on the backlot of property on Black Oak Drive at around 4 o’clock. Officials say the flames were contained before they could damage any nearby structures. Investigators say the fire was sparked by discarded smoking material.
