Lompoc Police arrested a 16-year-old boy in connection with a shooting in Lompoc last week. The youth is a documented gang member and was found in the area of last week’s shooting in possession of a loaded firearm. The weapon is being called a Ghost Gun, assembled from parts with no traceable serial numbers or registration.
