Getting through downtown San Luis Obispo is going to include some delays beginning next week. The city’s goal is to revitalize the downtown area over the next four months. The improvements will include pavement repair and replacement, enhanced roadway striping, bike lane improvements, and pedestrian safety enhancements. Higuera, Marsh, Nipomo, Johnson, Phillips, and Pepper will all be impacted by the project.
