Testimony in the Kristin Smart preliminary hearing continued yesterday. It began with her friend and neighbor testifying that the pair had attended a small gathering with others from their dorm before she decided to return to her dorm alone and Kristin started in a different direction. Margarita Campos told the court, that was the last time she saw or spoke with Kristin Smart. Paul Flores is alleged to be the last person to see her alive and is facing a charge of murder. His father, Ruben Flores is accused of being an accessory after the fact. Testimony resumes this morning.
