22 days of testimony in the Kristin Smart preliminary hearing wrapped up yesterday. Paul Flores has been charged with Kristin’s murder and Ruben Flores is charged with being an accessory after the fact. The prosecution says Paul Flores continually lied to investigators to cover his tracks. His defense attorney claims the evidence doesn’t add up. Tomorrow, the judge will decide if there’s enough probable cause to move the case to trial.
