Atascadero Police say one person is in custody following a standoff with law enforcement. Officers responded to a report of a person barricading themself in an apartment on Sombrilla Avenue at around 7 o’clock last night. After hours of negotiation, the person was taken into custody. An investigation into what led to the standoff is ongoing.
