A slow-speed pursuit led law enforcement officers down the 101 yesterday. It started with, a simple traffic violation yesterday morning in San Luis Obispo. The driver of a maroon Chevy with an Iowa plate pulled over, but ignored the officers and began driving again. At one point, the driver stopped at the Higuera Street on-ramp for several minutes before continuing southbound on the 101. The CHP used a spike strip near Spyglass. The chase came to an end at the Price Street off-ramp and the driver was taken into custody.
