San Luis Obispo County Health officials have reported 146 new cases of COVID-19 since last Friday. Only five new cases were reported yesterday, the lowest single-day case count since July. No new deaths have been reported. Free coronavirus testing is available at clinics in San Luis Obispo, Grover Beach, Paso Robles and Morro Bay.
