The former Atascadero Fine Arts Academy instructor accused of taking indecent videos of girls has entered a plea deal. 52-year-old Chris Berdoll pleaded no contest to 25 felony charges. He was accused of using his smart phone or tablet to record female students in his sixth-grade class. He’s now facing three years in state prison. According to the Tribune, a sentence well below what the D.A.’s Office was seeking.
