A traffic stop turned into a drug bust on Halloween. San Luis Obispo police officers stopped a car at around noon on Sunday near the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Casa Street. A search of the car turned up meth, heroin, fentanyl, psilocybin mushrooms, prescription pills, drug paraphernalia, and a loaded gun, stolen from a home in San Luis Obispo County. All four people in the car were arrested on various drug and weapons charges.
