A Morro Bay High School history teacher has been placed on administrative leave. San Luis Coastal Unified School District says David Kelley was placed on leave after a video allegedly shows him threatening a student. The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office investigated the incident and determined it did not rise to the level of a crime and would not be forwarded to the D.A.’s Office. The school district says they are conducting a full investigation.
