An Atascadero man was arrested on weapons charges over the weekend. Saturday morning at around 8 o’clock, police received several calls about a man standing in the middle of San Marcos Road yelling that he had a gun. Officers say the suspect had pointed the gun at a jogger. The jogger fled unharmed. Police made contact with 40-year-old Marshall Badget. He was booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and shooting at an inhabited dwelling.
