Tattoo parlors will be returning to Paso Robles. Following a nearly three-decade-long ban, the Paso Robles City Council voted unanimously to reverse the 1994 city ordinance that banned tattoo and piercing shops within the city limits. According to the Tribune, they will now be allowed to operate in certain sections of town, such as the Riverside corridor and C-3 zones, which are more industrial parts of the city.
