The unemployment rate in California is at the lowest point since the beginning of the pandemic. According to KSBY, San Luis Obispo County’s unemployment rate has dropped from 5.4 percent in November of last year to 3.6 percent in November 2021. The unemployment rate is also lower in Santa Barbara County down from 5.7 percent one year ago to 3.9 percent.
