With the Omicron variant continuing to spread, most California Universities plan to return from the holiday break virtually. Cal Poly allows up to 25% of an in-person class to be taught virtually. According to KSBY, a recent letter sent out by the California Faculty Association Cal Poly chapter stated that a survey shows more than 60% of responding Cal Poly faculty scheduled to teach in-person classes, decided to hold their classes virtually during the first week of winter quarter.
