Central Coast Lifestyle Affected By Staff Shortages

Staffing shortages due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases on the Central Coast are affecting some of our daily routines. Some local gyms, coffee shops, and restaurants have been forced to change their hours of operation, or close for a week at a time. According to KSBY, the Pismo Beach Athletic Club closed its doors yesterday after a staff member tested positive for COVD-19. They’ll reopen on the 17th. San Luis Obispo County health officials say the current surge is due to the Omicron variant.
