Paso Robles Police say two men they believe were involved with the robbery and assault of three people are behind bars. Investigators say 18-year-old Efren Soto-Acuna and 21-year-old Andres Esquivel-Zavela are alleged to be two of several people who attacked the victims on Friday, January 14th on Park Street. The suspects have been charged with robbery, assault, conspiracy, and gang enhancement.
